About the event
This online retreat will include guided and silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, and dharma talks and personal interviews with teachers Nancy Atkinson-Tiessen and Sarah Carlin-Ball. Both Nancy and Sarah are Sangha Leaders with Bill Knight in the Muskoka Mindfulness Community and work with spiritual teacher Matt Flickstein. They have each had a committed practice for over a decade and are dedicated to helping others explore the Dharma.
Cost for this retreat is $90. Dana for the teachers is welcome and supports the teachers’ practices.

Nancy Atkinson-Tiessen is a member of The Muskoka Mindfulness Community and has been practicing Insight Meditation since 2011, and teaching since 2013.
