About the event

In this program you will learn weekly:

  • The benefits of a mindfulness meditation practice.
  • Using the Four Foundations of Mindfulness you will work with mindfulness of body, emotions, thought and the reasons why mindfulness helps to create more ease in our lives.
  • New skills and strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
  • How to cultivate a friendlier relationship with the present moment. 
  • Discover the importance of self compassion and kindness.

All levels of experience welcome.
