Breathe in. Breathe out. Join us for Intro to Mindfulness—a gentle, beginner-friendly (or a reboot) meditation course designed to help you slow down and reconnect. 


You deserve moments of calm. 

You deserve to feel grounded. 

You deserve to be here, fully. 


Through guided meditation and the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—breath, body, emotions, and thoughts—you’ll learn to cultivate friendlier relationship with the present moment and with yourself. 


Over the course of 8 weeks you will learn about mindfulness meditation, the benefits, the challenges and the difference it can make in your life. Using investigation into our own experience and beginning a daily practice we start to unravel all of the ways in which we become stuck.
