Exploring the Dhamma
April 18 through June 6, 2023
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm ONLINE via Zoom
Dhamma is the Pali word for the teachings of the Buddha - the teachings on suffering, the cause of suffering, and the cessation of that suffering via the eightfold path, four foundations of mindfulness, and other key practices. The container for this course is based on insight dialogue guidelines and its content is focused on everyday life. The topics each week will be emergent and decided by the collective.
Registration fee is $35. Participants will have the opportunity to offer dana to the teacher at the end of the course.
