Intention

You will be helping others set the intention to be more present to their lives. In a culture driven by and to distraction, mindfulness cultivates space in our lives in which to be in the moment with kindness and care for ourselves and each other.

Connection

A large part of the mindful journey is making connections with people who share an interest in relieving suffering. It is a fact common to all of humanity that life brings pain. Together we can learn how not to heap suffering on top of that pain and to alleviate suffering wherever we can..

Generosity

Mindfulness practice comes out of a tradition in which generosity plays a key role. This is an opportunity to look into your own heart for obstacles to generosity and cultivate instead willingness to help others heal, find peace, and live joyful lives.
